total body conditioning incorporating a variety of modalities, such as calisthenics and weights, in a circuit or hiit format. classes are designed to exercise your cardiovascular + muscular endurance and strength.

strength and fluidity come together - explore movements in a unique way as we smoothly blend flowy elements of dance with essential foundations of conditioning. no prior dance experience is needed. yoga mats required, weights may be used, modifications can be provided.
